ECIT acquire Frejs Konsulter AB
- The acquisition strengthens ECIT’s presence within F&A in Göteborg, Sweden. We are pleased to welcome customers and employees of Frejs Konsulter to ECIT, says Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT. Furthermore, ECIT has started a collaboration with Frejs Group regarding audit and tax issues says Helena Jarl , Head of M&A Sweeden and interim VD Frejs Konsulter.
ECIT is acquiring 100 % of the shares in Frejs Konsulter AB. The acquisition has been settled in cash.
About Frejs Konsulter
From its office in Göteborg, Frejs Konsulter AB delivers Accounting and Payroll services. Frejs Konsulter has 12 employees and a revenue of 17.3 MSEK for the fiscal year 2022. Frejs Konsulter has been part of Frejs Group which also delivers Audit and Tax services. They will move together with ECIT Modern Ekonomi.

ECIT acquire Evercom
ECIT AS announce an agreement to acquire the Norwegian Audio-Visual specialist Evercom AS. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
Evercom, with an experienced staff and an attractive portfolio of customers, will strengthen the industry position and competence base in ECIT within the AV industry. Evercom will enter the IT division in ECIT.
About Evercom:
Evercom, located in Oslo, is a specialist within audio visual solutions to public sector and larger organizations. Evercom AS has 20 employees and a revenue of 112.1 MNOK for the fiscal year 2022.

AS Revision acquire S5 Revisjon
AS Revision acquired 100% of shares in S5 Revisjon Juli 11, 2023.
The acquisition strengthens AS Revisions coverage, competence and customer in Oslo and Viken/Østfold. The corporate cultures of both companies fits well, and all customer will benefit being served by a larger unit combined with increased competence of audit services.

ECIT AS acquired 50,1% stake in ITsjefen on June 14, 2023.
The acquisition strengthens ECIT competence and customer deliveries within Managed Services and Datacenter deliveries. With ITsjefen we are achieving a strong footprint in Trondheim and a base for further growth in this area.
